Alixa Sutton

created the Cirque du Soleil – KOOZA – contortion number and was the creator and trainer of the Mystic Pixies. Coaching flexibility and competetive gymnastics for 9 years, her methods are a unique blend of traditional Russian & Chinese techniques from both Circus and gymnastics, mixed with modern methods and ideas.

Alixa travels all over the world giving flexibility clinics and working with individuals. For the past year she has been on tour with Cirque du Soleil's new show KOOZA, creating and training the contortion number. She has also worked with the US Gymnastics Federation, Le Ecole du Cirque, Rhythmic National Team, American Youth Circus Organization, US Vaulting Federation and many more.

Alixa also does choreography for acrobatic, circus numbers, and competitive gymnastics.She has choreographed numerous television specials, and well as full shows and special event galas.
