How do the Workshops Run

Workshops are usually 1 day from 10am to 6pm.
They are held at your facility.
Depending on how many people who wish to participate, it is best to break people into groups of 4 to 6 in blocks of 1 to 2 hours per group. Maxium of 10 per group.
Advanced level participants need more time than those at beginner level.
Participants should be grouped together by flexibility.
If there are multiple coaches, it is best to set up a separate time if they have specific questions.
Workshops are $1,000 per day, plus travel and lodging (if needed). Alixa is based out of Montreal, Canada.

What are the result

The workshops are made to benefit both the athlete and the coach or trainer.
Athletes are given programs individual tailored to their body alignment, and anything they specially have difficulties with.
Coaches/Trainers are given general programs to help a wide range of athletes improve their flexibility, as well as how to use stretching for injury prevention. They may also ask specific questions regarding individual issues or athletes.
